Chaplain Career Process Information

Regarding how to become a chaplain, I would love some insight. My questions have to do with chaplain education requirements and also where I can find chaplain jobs.

Prison Chaplain Education Questions

For example, is having an undergraduate degree adequate for chaplaincy employment. I am presently working in a community liaison position for a rescue mission but would like to explore serving as a prison chaplain.

What courses to I need to complete to for prison chaplain employment? Perhaps someone who is serving in prison chaplaincy could respond or even some who is responsible for hiring prison chaplains could share what the education requirements are for prison chaplain position.
